Changing or Cancelling an Order
CHANGE OF DESIGN OR CANCELLING DELIVERY
- PLEASE NOTE: We will usually start printing your card(s) quickly after they are ordered so don’t leave it too long if you wish to make a change or cancel your order.
- If we haven’t already emailed you to confirm you order has been posted than you can easily make changes to or cancel your order and get a part or full refund. Please see returns and refunds for full details.
- Simply telephone or email us if you wish to make a change to or cancel your order and our team will be happy to accommodate your request and make changes to your choices or delivery instructions.
CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
- If you notice that your delivery address is wrong and that we are going to post the card(s) to the wrong place then please call or email us as soon as you can to let us know the amended details.
