Delivery & Postage

• Our team aim to send out orders the same or next working day in receipt of your payment, we will always email you if we are unsure about any details you have given us or need to ask a question.

• Please make sure your delivery address is correct and full when you order as we may need to email you to get this information if it is missing and that will slow down the delivery of your cards.

• If any of the details you have given us in your delivery address are incorrect, we will not be liable for any items which are not received so please check carefully.

All UK Orders

• Our team print, package and despatch all of our orders from our UK studio in Kent.
• All our greetings cards are posted by Royal Mail First Class.
• Each card will be posted with a separate white envelope and multiple cards will be packed and posted together. We print all the cards ourselves so you never have to worry about items not being in stock.
• Postage will only be charged once per order (not per card)

Non UK Orders

• We are able to deliver cards worldwide by enquiry. If you wish to order cards to be posted to another country then please email us using the details on the contact page and we would be happy to arrange your delivery and costs.
